Brian has been with Swift Chip since 2016 and has worked in IT since 2004. Curiosity, a love of technology, and a pull toward helping people brought him into the field, and they still shape how he works.
As a Level 3 Technician, Brian handles the problems that have already outlasted the first rounds of troubleshooting. He digs in, finds the root cause, and fixes it so it stays fixed. He works across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and security tools.
Like all of Swift Chip’s Level 3 technicians, Brian also runs projects, including client onboardings, migrations, deployments, and office moves. Because the person managing the project is also doing the technical work, very little gets lost between the plan and the execution.
His favorite part of the job: Working closely with clients and building relationships that last. Outside of work, Brian loves traveling around the U.S. and abroad and experiencing new cultures firsthand. He’s also a dedicated Disney fan and gets to Disneyland whenever he can.
